Welcome to our Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) Program Introduction Session! In this empowering and supportive gathering, participants are introduced to the fundamental principles of WRAP—an innovative self-help approach designed to promote personal wellness and recovery.

During this session, attendees will embark on a journey to understand the core concepts of WRAP, such as identifying and utilizing personal strengths, recognizing triggers and early warning signs of distress, and developing effective coping strategies. Our experienced facilitators will guide you through the process of creating your own WRAP, a personalized plan that encompasses practical tools and resources for managing challenging situations and maintaining mental health.
